A POD is a prefabricated home. Prefabricated homes are built off-site in standard sections and then delivered and assembled on-site. The POD is then placed onto a permanent foundation to become a permanent structure.

Your POD can be ready in as little as 6 weeks! A traditional site build can take 8 - 24 months.

Configure & reserve
It begins by making the POD yours. Choose your layout, colours, doors, decks, interior finishings, exterior finishings, and solar system. After you place your order, we kick off the process with our remote property analysis requiring a deposit of Kshs 250,000/=.
Site visit
We’ll visit your property to ensure that your POD fits. We will then prepare an installation estimate for the permanent foundation of the POD.
Sign off
We'll send you an installation and logistics estimate, and solar system proposal for your reviewal and approval.
POD construction
The construction of your POD kicks off within our warehouse and will be ready for delivery in 5 - 15 weeks!
Site prep
During the POD construction, we’ll prepare your site for the POD by installing the permanent foundation and utility connections.
Delivery
Your POD begins its journey from our factory to your home.
Assembly
Your POD will be fully assembled and fitted. The POD will be fully inspected ensuring when we leave, you're good to go!
Move-in
Let's celebrate! The POD is all yours! We’ll take a final walk-through of
your POD with you and answer any questions you might
have. The keys are now yours and the POD is ready to move into!
